Norman sucks

I wonder what will happen to Norman if Sandow happens to play extremely well in the trials from Fullback..Probably see Hayne moved to 6 (As good as he was in the centres, I don't think he could be effective there at club level with the Eel's halves options.) and I don't see Norman playing well at Halfback.

I don't think we need to worry about it TBH. Hayne has to be fullback, no question. I'm sure Sandow is named there just because they already know the spot is taken and they need to rotate the potential halves to see who stands out.

Just thought it would be hilarious if as soon as he leaves the Broncos a halves position opens while that position at his new club closes.

We wouldn't have matched Parra's offer anyway.

I foresee Sandow having a blinder start to the season as he did last year - at least in terms of Supercoach points. If he gets a starting position.

He did the same last year and made me a mint. The trick is to sell him in April because his attention span is that of a Goldfish.

Sort of sounds like McCullough but in reverse, 3/4 of the season his MIA and then all of the sudden bang.

Sandow at 1 will be on par with Anasta at 1.....aint gonna work. If you were desperate to play Hayne in the halves and needed to put someone at FB to replace him the obvious choice is Norman. Which I would find deliciously funny might I add.

Or better yet, Hoppa.

Luke Brooks = Corey Norman v2.0

One massive "beginner's luck" game and the rugby league world thinks he's the next Joey Johns.

I'll be keeping an eye on Norman but I think the Eels have too much of a mediocre culture to be the club to bring out the best in him.

Or, up until Origin time the Sandow, Norman and Hayne show might be firing on all cylinders... Hayne goes busted arse, all left to Norman to perform... Bow bow.

The difference between Brooks and Norman is that Brooks' reputation doesn't hinge on his NRL debut. Brooks made his NYC debut last year, was one of the best players in the comp and was promoted to NSW Cup where he played well before giving everybody a sneak peak.

Meanwhile, Norman was an enigmatic player in his first year who showed some positive signs later into that year. He was a shock call up to fullback and had a lot of people going "Karmichael Who" on that one game alone against the worst team in the competition.

I see big things in Brooks but he won't start delivering on his potential until 2015.

I'm no 1910, but I study enough League to get by. :001_tt2:

However, I've never won a fantasy league. Hoping my luck changes this season in the SVRL and may join the Supercoach League although what tends to happen is I lose interest about 5 weeks in and I'm constantly playing catch up from that point on.

I know it's a bump but Norman appears to be filling Haynes fullback spot while he's away on rep duties. I guess the coach agrees with you HS, Normans the obvious choice !

Indeed. Not as funny as i'd hoped though. Oh well.
