Good win for the Dogs. Achieved what the Roosters failed to last week and basically forced Manly to play through the forwards.
Manly had a chance late but their attempt to set up a field goal was dreadful. I'd dare say it was even worse than the Broncos because they got to have another go at it and still fluffed it.
Very good win by the Bulldogs without their Origin halves and without Tolman who went off early. They played very well and controlled most of the game and came out with the goods in the end.
Referees are just plain stupid in every way, that try at the end was scored of a pass that was a metre forward.
I realise they are missing a bunch of key players but Jesus, the Cowboys sure know how to choke. I only caught the last half hour, but they almost had 13 put on them in the last 5 minutes. It's a bit sad, I'd like to see Thurston see a bit of success at club level before he retires but I can't see it coming in the next couple of years.
