We will come round. We are our own worst enemy tonight, for everything we do right we do two things wrong right afterwards.
 
Looks like we'll have a tough start to the season as usual.

I'd be bringing Tommy back next week at left center. His defence is Great, and the big thing he has going for him is he never stops talking and organising. We need that.
 
Early in the season but I'm seeing the same issues deep in attack near the oppositions line as last season. Just no direction largely from lack of communication and direction from the halves and inept kicking.
 
My worst fear was getting flogged in round one. Sets the tone for the year and you're already trying to chase the for and against
 
The dragons aren't even bothering to get onside now, and we've been pinged 5 times. Cecchin up to his usual tricks.
 
Kahu's performance at center tonight is what happens when you spend the pre-season on the wing (not to mention the previous several seasons) only to move to the centers for round one.

if Bennett wanted Kahu in the centers he needed to spend the pre-season there ... center really is a specialist position (especially in defence)

once the season starts is can be risky to wait the games required to adjust to the new position.

What exactly was knik doing all pre season? Involvement has been non existent. Milf has made some **** ups but at least he's involved.
 
I like how the 10 meter rule only applies to one team. Is there a different ref for each side?
