I think last season, with virtually no back row depth, Riki had to start every game if fit. There really was no consequence to him simply going through the motions in games - who was replacing him? With luck, the new coach and some added depth means he has to turn up each game. Madge doesnt come across to me as someone who tolerates passengers...
