I agree! Look at what happened to the teams that were under Ricky Stuart - Roosters, NSW SOO, Sharks...IMO the only success he's had is from taking over after Graham Murray was making progress with the teams (Roosters, NSW). Also, I don't think Murray would accept an assistant's position...
