I thought it was interesting that he's still there too. He's not NRL ready yet but what I have noticed with Bryce over the last 12 months is if you watched him play Meninga you came away saying he's alright going ok. But when he plays up against men for BRL last year, he was a lot better. I think he might be one of those guys that needs to play up to improve. The Broncos may have to pick him one day without his form demanding it.
