Over turning is a big thing when you're working your hip rotation. It's just about pounding balls at the range and finding the sweet spot before you can trust it on the course.
Golf Central is a good set up. I had a lesson there a while ago with one of the other pros.
I think if you want basics when it comes to a grip, buy a grip-aid. Scottie Schef still uses one at the range.
@Renegade I use Michael Lamana ( youtube) from about.com as my go to for my grip and swing basics.
I find it uncomplicated where as a lot of pros like to break your swing down and rebuild it and you have to keep forking out for $90 plus for lessons.
