I never fully had a chance to look at it, only really saw it live during the game.
All I know is he hit him in the ribs hard, was it deliberate? Was it late?
Obviously what's done is done, but if it was late and deliberate, then tackles like this should be rubbed out of the game.
True, think back to this time last year when we played Canberra.. they were playing well, soon as they came up to Suncorp they looked like a rabble. We were struggling for form at the time aswell and still managed to beat them.
Agreed, all this talk about him threatening his career is a load of crap. Hes played with injuries before, this is our last throw of the dice, so I'm expecting big changes to that lineup come Friday. All these mind games are not fair on the fans though.
Plus we don't know how Locky is going to play next season, he'll be another year older. If we can stay injury free we'll win the comp, I have no doubt of that.
Wallace has definitely had a bad year, it's possible some of the injuries hes had have effected him. He had a bad end to 2009, then an injury in pre-season, then I think he had another few niggling problems with his hamstring
This is hard to say, but the club really needs to look to the future and forget about Lockyer. We rely on him far too much, god knows what will happen when he retires... maybe some of these other players will get use to it and start actually playing like first graders.
What happened to all that positiveness crap?
Anyone who thinks we can win games against quality opposition without Locky is delusional, this includes Ivan Henjak.
