Riki's inability to get to the catcher on kicks shows the difference between Reynolds and a mediocre kicker... there is zero hangtime on Kodi's kicks for any of the chase to get there and put pressure on.
It's like I'm watching broncos pre-Reynolds and the PTSD is coming back
Yeah he's looked great so far... it's a good sign that he's coming out with intent.
He had a similar game last year and there were concerns about vultures coming after him in a contract year, but he's not looked like slowing down after re-signing with the broncos, which is a great sign
Until he got stepped by his opposite second rower, which led to a quick ptb and Mitchell's try... lateral defence would be the concern with X out on the edge
Not liking the plans with the Maori ... it's like Kodi is playing 7 in the middle of the field and Ponga is floating both sides, but they're not getting much from CNK or Kini at 6 and Kodi isn't playing wide enough on the right.
Kodi had X on the edge for a couple good ball sets there ... could...
If they were going to create a middle ground for limited overs cricket then they need to find the sweet spot with duration of a match.
T20's are about 3hr aren't they??
That's pretty good for viewers as it's just longer than a footy game.
50 over matches have to start at midday and then run...
I was wondering the same... I think Jamal is north qld though isn't he?
Felt like that was part of the reason we lost him... 18yr that spent his whole time up in Nth Qld wasn't suddenly going to head to SEQ when you're a stud and wanted by multiple teams.
Sounds like a pissed off ex... those are the kinds of words that should motivate Bhunt and the broncos to put 50 on them, but will probably have the opposite effect and some how fire up dargons
I'm watching the dolphins vs cows on replay, but holy shit number 12 for cows might be retiring after this game... bloke cannot defend.
Is 12 Kai O'Donnell?
I thought he was meant to be a gun junior when he was coming through... he looks very ordinary
