I'm not denying he's got talent, yes he can be a match winner. But the managers don't trust him. Talent itself isn't enough. I can only say he's an underachiever, not underrated IMO.
Ok, lets see, he was at Roma for 5 seasons, and got thrown out because he was too much trouble and had problems with Totti. Then he went to Real madrid and barely played due to discipline issues. Now he's at Sampdoria, you call that "living up to it"? Giampaolo Pazzini is the real deal for...
Cassano's attitude sucks. He's only ever really performed at the European Championships in 2004, hasn't done anything since and is the worst team mate anyone can have. Had talent no doubt, but never lived up to it and doesn't really deserve to get picked IMO.
Never liked Valdes, but he has been on fire for the past 2 years. But before that, he was too inconsistent and not even close to the best few keepers in the world. Right now, he's up there.
Higuain and Lassana Diarra seem to be underrated.
Roberto Carlos towards the end of his career did get caught out and cost his team a few times, but in his prime, he had the pace to get back even when he did get caught out, he would get back and make superb sliding tackles to stop the attacks from his side. Greatest left wing back of all time.
I thought we deserved a point from this game, gutted to have so many chances and still come up with nothing. Credit to Barcelona, the last ditch tackles they made today were out of this world. Happy with our defense as well, ofcourse except for the Zlatan goal where he came in from behind with...
Henry has done well for Arsenal, in the EPL though, i was more referring to the international stage and Champions League big games. I also hated his attitude ever since the Champions League final they lost to Barcelona, he showed no class during the post match interview, it was funny to see him...
I think he's overrated. You can be very good and still be overrated. He's done nothing for the national team and goes missing in big games. EPL fans used to think he was the best striker in the world.
On his day, his shot stopping can win you games, but like you said, he's too inconsistent to be considered as a top keeper.
I don't think Dida's first choice at Milan, Abbiati's only just come back from injury so Dida might still be starting, but Abbiati's definitely first choice.
Thierry...
Any chance Ibra and Messi won't make it to El Classico.............. :P
Bilbao is fuckin hard to break down at home, not a bad result at all like you said.
