Not sure (I'm not technically minded); just after Ch 11 started (about a week I guess) I suddenly couldn't get any of the ABC channels anymore. I have done a re-set/re-search for channels several times and still nothing. The channels are there and recognised but when you try to watch them it...
In the Manly case, the NRL did not take action in regards to the pending charges - they let the courts deal with it, as they are in the Carney and Marshall cases. The action against Manly as a club and Stewart as a player was in regards to behaviour at the club's official season launch in his...
I heard it from his very own lips in a radio interview.
And I didn't mean to imply that he is motivated by dollars, because I don't think he is. But he is definitely interested in listening to what Tinkler will propose in terms of him coaching the Knights - the dollars will be the icing on the...
However in the Carney and Marshall cases the clubs took some action against the players (albeit limited); whereas in the Watmough/Stewart case Manly were just like "meh". I think if Manly had taken ANY action themselves then the NRL wouldn't have been as harsh.
And if Nathan Tinkler succeeds in buying Newcastle he will be offering BIG BUCKS to Bennett - and it appears Bennett is at least willing to listen to any Newcastle offer as he has publicly stated he is putting off any consideration on his future until after the Newcastle members vote on...

I am not yetconvinced that Lockyer will make a good coach in any case (the great players rarely do); but if it's what he wants to do, then I'd like to see this kind of process followed and preferrably with an "apprenticship" outside of the Broncos system
OK, I am not defending Benji smacking this guy at all - BUT I just have to ask, if this douche had been taunting in any way someone who wasn't a footballer (or other well-known person) and got smacked would he have gone to the police about it? Probably not - he most likely would have just...
I agree with the Professor. It's time for both to move on and no going back. And let's face it if WB comes back to the Broncos we are just going to have to go through the whole him leaving, how will we ever replace him thing again
Another good trial performance from the Tigers last night with the mostly baby Cubs coming from 16-0 down at half time to defeat the pretty much full strength Cutters 22-20
I know - but Andrew Johns couldn't deny getting busted with drugs either, difference being that Johns made all kinds of excuses as to why he should not be blamed.
Yeah. I think he will definitely spend some more time at home over the next few weeks and may even take a short compassionate leave of absence (maybe like a month); but I don't think this will actually impact on him seeing out the year with the Dragons
