My bet is Corey starts on the wing and Bennett will bring Copley in late 1st half or early 2nd and push Oates into 2nd row. Gives Oates more game time which he deserves and eases Copley back into 1st grade.

I think your mistaking the Broncos playing it calm and considered with them not using weapons. Yes the second rowers are not being utilised to their full strength but we're playing a tactic that wins games and someone like Corey can come in and fit that structure and seal the deal.
