Whatever he gets you can be sure there will be complaints that it is too light from some or too heavy from others. A classic "can't win" scenario for the judiciary.

It would be better if the NRL could bring the hearing forward to this week and just get it done. It's just going to go on like some sort of soap opera until next tuesday night and take the focus of the game. The sooner this issue is dealt with the better.

I have just noticed something with my iphone. All the Broncos games have magically appeared in my iphone calender. It also gives the venue and kick off times. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think what the NRL are doing is playing the 2 games in Vegas as stand alone games that first week end and then the rest of the round the following week. In effect Rd 1 is split over 2 week ends. I could be wrong but when the draw is released it will all be revealed.

Can't see any sections shaded the colour of 'Elite Experience' (not that I could afford them at $715) Judging by the amount of sections greyed out they must be holding back a helluva lot of seats or have already presold a heap of them to corporates and the like.

It was a bad miss but I'm not worried about it. I think his card is marked now and doubt he will be refereeing any more games this season.
