Just downloaded the PPV. Very fun event, enjoyedt he undercard - plenty of grappling.
As for the main event, Brock was always going to win. It was a mismatch, poorly booked and an obvious ploy by Dana to get that belt on Lesnar as quick as possible. In my opinion, a record of 1-1 does not give...
Kiwis 32-22.
Game error ridden but was still good viewing.
Glad to be seeing NZ in the final when I come over. Wouldv been a downer to have and England/Aus final.
No one said he was Alfie Langer. But Stacey Jones, from 1997 through to 2001 WAS the Warriors. They had no star power, aged imports, and were constantly at the bottom of the table, yet Stacey stood out in EVERY match they played. Had he had the Broncos' forwards and backs, I have no doubt Stacey...
By that I meant perhaps he should have been the only one at the front. The leader doesnt neccesarily have to be at the forefront, though for marketing purposes perhaps it is better to have Benji there.
Plenty of Maori still in that league team. I had no problem with Benji Leading it, but perhaps Adam Blair should have been at the front of the pack. Dude's a beast.
Oh and Eastwood's the fucking man.
I was actually pleasantly suprised 10K showed up, with all the negative press it was getting this week. Hopefully we get a couple of good games tonight, and you could see those figures drastically increasing by the time Tonga play Samoa.
Awesome match. It was just a good old fun watch, some great tries, plenty of hits, great Rugby League. Agree that PNG etc need more oppertunity to play the likes of The Big Three, Im sure itd be a ratings winner too. Bring on the rest of the games!

Killed them. Marshall and Leuleuai kicked very well, driving Tonga into their own in goal on many occasions. Mateo was a stand out for Tonga, but their forwards were incredibly disappointing.
