I few weeks ago I was very pro Ennis and Campese but form has changed my mind. If I were a selector from the unfortunate state, I would come up with something like this:
1. Gidley
2. Hayne
3. Lyon
4. Cooper
5. Monaghan
6. Mullen
7. Wallace
8. Bailey
9. Farah
10. Kite
11. Gallen
12. Creagh

I feel sorry for Mateo. If he played a club that actually played him in position he'd probably be playing rep football by now. He's a talented back rower who could play 5/8 at a stretch, but only if he has a dominant halfback. If everyone around him does their job he's almost unstoppable, but as...
From her blog:

Does she not consider drink driving a serious crime? Or does she just think that she's incredibly lucky to have a job?
To me, Dave Taylor could be anything. He has all the talent in the world but only displays it every now and then. That's not the sort of player I want at the club. If it came down to picking Taylor, or someone like Aiden Tolman from the Storm (who's the same age) I'd take Tolman in a heartbeat...
I'm not going to write Michaels off yet because he has ability and just seems to be lacking in confidence at the moment. However, I think he needs to go back to Queensland Cup level in order to regain that confidence. In the meantime, I would have Folau and Hodges in the centres and Winterstein...
But you can break down defensive comparisons even further. IMO Hunt is second to none on kick defence, but Slater probably has it on him in terms of making tackles, especially when difusing a clean break. Hunt is quite poor in this area.
Does anyone know what Setu's form's been like in the Queensland Cup. I hope he can find some good form because he was dynamite for the dragons last year.
I'd rather move Gidley to fullback, his best position, and have Luke Lewis take his bench spot. Smith can play 80 minutes anyway and Lewis can play anywhere in the backline if there's an injury and if not can slot into the back row.
It would have made even more of a mockery of City-Country as a selection trial had they selected Kimmorley. His omission from the 40 man NSW squad indicates that he's no longer in their plans.
