Like everyone else, I'm very surprised about the lack of Sims. It's a solid starting side but that is a very inexperienced bench. Anyone know much about Dodds?
I just saw a photo gallery on the broncos website and if that's anything to go by, Te'o has had a big off season and is set for a big year...

Looks like he's going to be ok

If Glenn's going to get a run in the centres, I hope we give Tim Smith a spot on the bench.
****Edit - sorry nopatience, I missed your post
I hope not. The white's tolerable but it's not really necessary to have a predominantly blue jersey. Replace that blue with yellow and that would be a goer.
After watching that I'm excited to see what Yow Yeh can do this year, he was awesome tonight. He looks to have bulked up a bit and with a year of first grade under his belt will only get better.
I like it. I think it would look better if the Wow logo was on the jersey by itself instead of in the white box but other than that I think it's great. However, I agree that the centenary design is the best, closely followed by the Lance Armstrong design.
Wow, such a huge loss. Hopefully our young guns see this as a challenge to grab a spot and make it their own. I can see this being the end of Hodges's test career. By the time he gets back I reckon Michael Jennings will have a stranglehold on his centre spot that he won't be able to get back.
I...
It'll be interesting. Sounds kind of like in gridiron where they can go for the point after conversion or run in a play for 2 points. Only difference I guess is that in gridiron the point after is always taken from in front of the posts regardless of where the touchdown occurs. It would be...
I actually didn't mind him when he was at the Storm until that semi against us where he took a dive and cost us a try. And since he's been at Manly I've grown to dislike him even more. Good riddance.
I'm with you 100%. Farah will be an absolute waste on the bench just as Gidley was shown to be last week. Both are fine players but offer no impact and waste a spot that we could be using for a forward. Lewis can be used in this role if there are no injuries. Hopefully Sheens sees this and drops...
1. Inglis
2. Yow Yeh
3. Hodges
4. Tahu
5. N. Merritt
6. Thurston
7. Prince
8. Learoyd-Lahrs
9. Waddell
10. Rose
11. Thaiday
12. Paterson
13. J. Thompson
14. Soward
15. Sailor
16. Webb
Assuming Campbell's automatic selection would be at fullback, Inglis would shift back to centre and I'd put...
Is Luke Lewis in the squad? To me he seems like the ideal bench player when you have Smith who likes to play 80 minutes. If there aren't any injuries he can fit into the forward rotation but if there are he can fill in with little or only minor reshuffling. (eg. if Slater goes down, Hayne to...
I was struggling to choose which backs to leave out in the Indigenous side. Forwards on the other hand, I was struggling. I had to go with some promising rookies (Waddell, Joel Thompson) and Carl Webb in the pack. Plus Dell as a bench forward.
Stagg's reached his peak, T'eo and Setu haven't. Ask the question again in two years and we'll get a better idea about whether we should've let him go.
When I watched the Slater-Fui incident, I thought the ball was actually knocked out by Kingston's leg while he was jogging back onside. I could be wrong though.
