This is a huge shame. Regardless of your opinion of Souths or Rusty (I'm a fan of neither) his involvement in the sport drew a lot of attention from non-traditional sources. Hopefully he gets involved again when his personal life is sorted.

Doesn't hurt to have a bit of extra depth in the halves. It would be good to see him put in a huge pre season and get the current lot looking over their shoulders.

Doesn't that in itself show how arbitrary rep football can be? If Vautin's successes as a rep coach aren't enough to cement his reputation, why would Bellamy's failings in the same role be enough reason to tear him down?
