A quick FYI for those who are planning on driving to the game and haven't been to ANZ before - pre-book your parking! P1 (the multistory closest to the stadium) is already sold out.
You can book through ticketek or Sydney Olympic Park website. I prefer the latter because they allow you to...

Smith didn't argue the whole time and, even when he did, was quite respectful. Probably a mistake in hindsight but a fairly innocuous one to me.
It was obviously a nasty injury but who would have really thought the worst...
I remember when the Broncos were absolutely flush with world class wingers for about a decade - Carne, Hancock, Sailor, Tuqiri, to name a few.
Was I too young at the time to notice, or was there no talk of any of these guys wanting to play in another position? As far as I can remember, a winger...
Re: Sack Griffin? How about sack Thaiday
Like others, I question Sam's ability as a captain. I also think it adversely affects his form. Back in the day when Locky got injured and Sam would step-up, it always looked like the pressure got to him. He made more mistakes and generally had much less...
Also never heard donkey used as a racist term, and I just wanted to reiterate what Nashy said about Broncoman earlier:
He doesn't whinge about the treatment he cops on here. I even sent him a message asking if he was ok with it and he said "I'm good with most of it".
I, on the other hand...
Toovey is an idiot. He has just publicly given his players a coach-sanctioned excuse for getting thumped by some cellar-dwellers. And a totally rubbish excuse at that.
Yep, forgot to mention this. I think huge credit has to go to Hook and Sam (and maybe Wallace? Parker?) for having this team of youngsters play with confidence and patience that is well above their years. I thought we would struggle with this aspect after Locky's departure but our leadership...
I love how much confidence I have in this team to turn up and put in the effort every week. Even after 15 minutes when the commentators were (rightly) saying how flat the Broncos looked, I was thinking to myself "they'll pick up".
Yes, they have periods of downtime in each game (though they...
I think the argument is a bit circular. As Big Pete said, yes there are advantages. But for every advantage there is also a disadvantage. Eg:
- The ability to develop a solid, weekly routine is probably an advantage, but when they're forced out of this routine (most importantly in the finals)...
Hi All,
This has been up and running for a few weeks now and we were about to wrap it up, then we realised there are quite a few posters who probably never even look in General Talk.
We're just trying to get opinions on various aspects of BroncosHQ and any ideas on how we could improve the...
The thing that concerns me the most is the type of people being selected on the judging panel. Phil Rothfield?? May as well choose Danny Weidler. Hadley and Warren are the other two mentioned.
It doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that the right decision will be reached.
I don't know a lot about Coote or Provan as I never saw them play, so I can't really pick between them and Meninga. As long as it's not Johns then I'm cool with it.
Things were getting a bit off topic so I've moved all Hunt vs Norman discussion to a new thread:

I think most in the media had us on the fringe of the 8, which was a pretty reasonable assessment in my opinion because no-one knew how we would cope without Locky.
It's amazing how pro-Bronco the Sydney media has been over the last 18 months though. I wouldn't say it's love, but there's...
I think we had to experience 2009-10 to appreciate what we have now (and what we had for 20 years with Bennett). If we went straight from Bennett to Griffin then it would have just seemed like business as usual.
Loving this club big-time at the moment. They're just a joy to watch.
