I just read an article on zero tackle stating Benji Marshall won't be offered a contract for next year by the tigers (no actual quotes though). Given whats available and our desperate need for some leadership I think Benji would be great for 1 year to partner Dearden.
I think Croft could do a job off the bench for 20-30mins at hooker and is the likely choice given the other options haven't played/hardly played any footy..
I'm not sure how O'sullivan would go in the role but It would be an opportunity to give him some minutes which would be good to see...
100% agree. Looking at Siebs coaching staff i think this should be a massive learning curve.a few experienced guys like Kearny are a must and I think one of Hodges or Parker should be considered for a assistant role while the other plies their trade in reserves along with Prince. I watched a...
Haas charged with a grade 2 dangerous contact and will get 2 weeks with a early plea. Seriously the mind boggles... I just don't know what to say anymore...
Glenn and Lodge for their leadership. They are the only two capable leaders in the squad and when fit, they carry this team.
Closely followed by Bird. He would add so much value to this team but we are so used to playing without him I decided not to pick him.
I think Kevin Proctor on a 2 year deal would be a great signing. Forget the loss of strike power on the edge, lets fix our defensive issues and lack of leadership first and foremost. He is off contract and and I'm not sure if Titans will re-sign him after the amount they just invested in other...
I honestly couldn't see TPJ sacrificing big money to go to a top club like storm or roosters. I think it's more likely he would take big money from a desperate club like the bulldogs, dragons or warriors. I just don't think it's in his character at this stage of his career to safcrifice money...
Thats the question I'm posing to the forum... I'm not sure hes the right fit for us but just throwing his name up as an option at a reasonable price. I'm interested to see if anyone rates him in a spine position. I think hes a solid centre and great utility. I honestly can't really remember...
Whats Moses Mbye's best position? Reports are Wests are prepared to pay half of his $800k salary to move him on. He obviously hasn't panned out to be as good as most hoped but at the reported figure of $400k he brings great utility value and great character on & off the field.
Obviously hes not...
Not a rumour or anything but i just saw a video with Ardie Savea wearing an old school broncos jersey. In the past 12 months hes stated he would love to have a crack at league and would be interested in going to a high profile club or words to that effect. I wonder if he would be worth taking a...
Time to try something different. A few minor changes to the 17, and mix up the bench rotation a bit. Siebs seems really set on having our best players on the field for 80. At times you can see them holding back to not fatigue themselves because they know they are out there for 80. However we...

I agree. He still has something to offer and an experienced 6 would be a great addition to this young team. Luke and Te'o were good pickups for their experience alone, i think we are still a bit short on experienced leaders, Benji would cap it off niceley.
Is anyone else interested in bringing back Benji Marshal? The Sydney morning herald is claiming his manager is shopping him around. It can't be any worse than what we have at the moment...
