Apart from the injury to Wallace I'm not too fussed about this result. I thought they would ambush us and so it proved to be. NZ always lift when we play them over there - I think it's the home game their fans look forward to the most.
As mentioned previously a couple of their tries were...
It's a shame to lose him but unfortunately you can't keep them all. Given the talent we've got coming through if we only end up losing beale and te'o I think the club will have done remarkably well.
This is how I feel. We should go over as favourites but NZ at home is always a tricky proposition and they always lift over there when we visit.
The next few weeks will probably define where we're at (Warriors, Sea Eagles and Storm). If we can stay competitive and jag a win going into the rep...
Was finding it difficult to get excited about this week's game but the new personnel has done the trick. Delighted that Baptiste will get a game - I hear he's been in cracking form in the Qld Cup.
Hunt has been much better than last season - we've actually looked better with him on the field...
Tend to agree. Although we haven't put together an 80 minute game this season we're streets ahead of the Tigers in terms of application. We'll have to weather a storm early on but I'm backing us to grind them down and win it in the final quarter.
Anyone know what time the pre-game stuff with the 92 team starts? I've been getting there just before kick off lately but making the effort to arrive earlier tonight.
Fair questions - they have been soft. Only just beat the Sharks but since then they've been outplayed three weeks in a row... The Tigers struggle with expectations - hype is not a good thing for that footy club.
I quite like the look of the Broncos hoody - judging by all of the posts in here it's unlikely that I can rock up to the shop and pick one up off the shelf hey?
Got no idea how this one will go. St George have grinded out a couple of excellent wins this year (Tigers and Manly). They're a tough team and I expect they'll try and put us under massive pressure.
On another note there's a roll call of the 1992 premiership team before the game (yeah this...
Still very pumped after last night's great effort but I'm still desperately ad for Yow-Yeh. It's a shocker of an injury and you'd have to wonder if he'll be able to do the same things when he comes back. Can you imagine what will go through his head when he next jumps to contest a bomb amongst a...
Will post more tomorrow but felt compelled to pop up and claim that was probably the gutsiest win we've had in nearly ten years (since we beat Cronulla at ANZ Stadium all those years ago when it seemed like half of the team was injured). Built on pure heart and a willingness to stay in the...

Could be the beginning of the end for the Titans. What a debacle.
Must say the situation is a lot worse than I thought it was - possibly up to $35 million? That's a masive amount of debt. Has any sporting organisation in Australia been in arrears that badly?
Surely Searle's position is now untenable? He's been on the record for months saying the debt was...
I wasn't bothering this year as we're saving for the wedding but a couple of mates piled in and bought me a ticket with them up in the nosebleeds so pretty excited to be going again.
The tickets I first bought back in 2007 for under $50 were $75 this year (up $10 from last year). It's a sure...
