As I've said the round 13 rule serves a good purpose ie giving existing clubs best chance to retain talent but its not implemented the best way. On Gee IMO he came across slightly nervous as in there's more hope than I thought of Milf reneging.

I can only recall one and it was not begrudgingly removed, the admin who removed it (GE) stated that people should report posts like that so they can be removed

Part of the problem is how early they allow opposition to start negotiations so they have a longer cooling off period, do other sports allow such early contractual negotiations? If they get rid of the round 13 rule they have to delay when negotiations can begin. The reasoning behind the rule...
