well if milford wasnt coming then he would probably make the ideal 6 being that barba is more of a passer/organiser lately, but as it stands hunt loves to throw a dummy, milford loves to throw a dummy and nikorima loves to chip and chase to himself so our outside backs would probably not see...
i get what you mean but the warriors are bloody fantastic to watch, and we would have less troubles winning away then they do, i think all you need is one stable controller of the game which hunt has the potential to become.
i also think we really need whoever we put at 6 to have a good long...
the sharkies are fielding their strongest team in months, they are a whole different side with robson there to, also with all the media attention this week regarding gallens comments we are looking at an ambush, add to that the losses of parker gillett and mccullough and i can see one of our...
i would hope there is some sort of method behind it but yes if he doesnt move to the halves next year then it is just pure stupidity on griffins part for this season, i think moving milford to the halves would just be a waste of his running game.
it also depends where we wanna play him next year, if he is to move into five eighth then he probably should stay a bit heavier for frontline defence. also by then he will know how to use the extra weight better, and since he is playing half the five eigths role anyway it would be a more...
if hodges decides to back up then i wouldnt be suprised if maranta drops off the bench for another forward, id say he is just named there with the intention of hodges most likely not playing.
yeah at the moment maranta just looks good because he is catching the bombs, which barba and vidot have been suspect under. i think at least 2 of our back 3 should be rock solid under the high ball, but vidot does so much work back there so i think the most balanced back 3 at the moment would...
you can see nikorima can pull out the flashy plays, but nicholls looks like he has a decent kicking game and a good short ball which is two things we have lacked, alex glenn in particular has suffered because of the lack of good short balls close to the line.
who cares if it's not spelt properly!? im not going to go into the dictionary to find the exact spelling of a word just to make you happy, yes name calling was a bit over the top but i totally stand by the post, there is alot of people on here more concerned about trashing others posts then...
thank you, get so sick of protencious douchebags just because we dont all take half an hour to properly edit our posts and use perfect grammer, who cares its a footy discussion forum not a bloody english test.
got free tickets to a corporate box tonight ! so really hoping we put in a decent performance. no excuses will be good enough for not winning this game, back home with a great record against the titans and only one major injury compared to their 4. high hopes for this one ! :)
i would probably rather see oates into the centres over reed with hoffy in at wing, i just cant see reed ever being that great without a lockyer inside him, his defence is alright but in that first year i think locky made him look alot better then he actually is with pinpoint balls putting him...
agree with all of this 100%. the hoffman experiment has run its course and failed, time for griffin to swallow his pride and make the neccessary changes.
