are you sure about that? the media have named them, but from all reports the police and broncos haven't confirmed or named anyone.

to be honest, i think the players allegedly involved have already suffered enough having their names dragged through mud by the media.

i guarantee nothing will happen. the broncos and police haven't even named the players and won't now that the complaint has been dropped. let's focus on footy now

i haven't seen a media release anywhere. only speculation that it'll be an unchanged team. i may be wrong, but i can't see it anywhere. nothing on the official site.

the broncos haven't officially name their team as far as i know. i think that'll be the telling point. they won't name them if they've broken to code of conduct.

well, it now comes down to whether the broncos deem the players to be in breach of the code of conduct. extremely unlikely any charges will be laid this week. i imagine there will be a full strength team on the weekend.

I trust the club to do the correct thing, either way. They know a few players are not bigger than the club as a whole, but at the same time they need to be wary of players reputations if allegations are proven to be false. i would say not being drunk idiots in public might be somewhere in there. anything that's going to have a negative effect on the club would be my guess.

totally agree about not standing players down if there's no evidence. it would be stupid to hang them out to dry and tarnish reputations forever. however like i said, if the broncos have enough information from the police or reliable sources close to the club, they will stand them down.

don't be surprised if players are stood down indefinitely regardless of whether or not they've been charged. if the broncos have enough "inside" information to put the players near the alleged incident, the won't hesitate as shown in the past. it could be any ugly week, resulting in a stain on...
