Agree on this, and for this reason I'd be keen to hold on to him if the price is right. He may be an additional middle, but when he is on he can offer a real point of difference. Also agree with those asking who we replace him with - we've not had great success there just recently.

I like Mariner's recovery speed on the wing, If we're going to keep giving the opposition space out wide, it really is invaluable to have. He's also proven to be a great finisher.
They'd need to extend the playing list to sixty to cover for the number of players we'd go through week to week. Twenty of those would just be backrowers.
This is all very true. And I could definitely see situations where even if Mozer is named in the nine he starts from the bench anyway, depending on the opponent and game situation.
