I think Croft has a decent short kicking game and can pass. All year he has been forced to bomb from a long way out because of our inability to get up the field. He plays with heart.
He was brought here on the strength of being coached by Bellamy and the theory that Milford needed an organiser...
Yep. If he was a good enough negotiator to get the ridiculous contract he's apparently got, why the hell wouldn't/shouldn't he set his family up for life?
The board that signed off on it are the ones who deserve our ire.
I think the ONLY reason Ikin appears good for the role is because he has to be better than the current pot plants ruining the joint. I am not convinced by this gossip queen and his News Ltd company man credentials.
The main problem as I see it is our stamina, list, culture, fitness, skill, belief, combinations, gameplans, morale, cohesion, pride, players, coaches, admins and handling. If we can just avoid playing the last 80 minutes of the game we could come away with a draw.
It's darkest timeline stuff this week dudes. A starving Bennett tucking in his bib and picking up his sharpest, most gleaming cutlery, sitting down at a groaning table for a feast of revenge with all the delicious trimmings. An apaeritif of their recent form, an entree of ours. A salad of...
Yes credit where it's due, he actually contributed last night. The sulking gap in the field he's been up until last night will hopefully not be back once he gets comfortable.
However I'm worried that the arm-flinging, ref-beseeching non-tackler is not that far under the surface as evidenced by...
Sad to lose him but I'm wary about these back rowers who burst on the scene, proclaimed as world-beaters by all only to fade quickly due to either injury or other clubs figuring them out. Think Carl Webb, Dave Taylor, Coen Hess, Angus Chrighton, and I think Cam Murray and Victor Radley will be...
Yeah I know all that but even so I think if we're discussing the club's culture then the above is an interesting take. And he's right about our 'arrogance' which I take to mean our old, much lamented expect-to-win attitude.
Not exactly what this thread is about but I thought it interesting. Not sure who Dingo_Dan supports but an interesting take from a non-Broncos supporter. Seemed a fair enough take to me:

For mine, Isaako was doing great on the wing until he was shifted to FB because Boyd was so far out of his depth back there. Isaako wasn't ready and it showed, and lead to the shattering of his nerves and his confidence. There's a good, classy player in Isaako imo but I doubt we'll see that...
