Webster probably should be rewarded but Hardie seems pretty reliable himself and I think his bowling is likely to be more dangerous than Websters. Green being out sucks, we'll miss his fielding too.

Twin tons for Konstas! Davies looked good in both innings too, I love watching him bat.

There'll be a Perth team with or without this mob, depends how much damage they've done I guess.

He's been fantastic for them. Whether he can be as effective outside of their system remains to be seen. It would be a great tournament this year if it weren't for all the injuries. Maybe it still will be I dunno if holding it every year is the way to go, the workload on these guys is crazy.

    OFFICIAL 2025 Roster

I don't think a prime Greg Inglis could make up for the points we concede from having PIakura starting. Never seen a worse defensive season from a backrower, I'm struggling to remember any regular starting backrowers at all that have been a defensive liability in the NRL.

Broncos Roster, Signings and Rumours Discussion 2025

Agree. Also hard to believe given what he did to us but Cleary was hip dropped by Haas and picked up a PCL injury that ruled him out the end of year tests, and it was his edge that Mam went down multiple times. If a flashy side playing high risk football meets the Panthers in next years GF I...

Yep I agree but I do think he's gotta dominate at rep level for multiple years to reach Smith. Some people say he's gotta dominate an Origin series but he's already done that imo, 2021 was total domination. Now he's gotta rack up the wins. At this stage if I'm picking an NRL side from scratch...

If I wanted to win a GF i'd pick him over any other half I've seen. The only other player that takes the right option as often is/was Cam Smith.

Yep maybe, but nobody mentions it but all our long range tries were scored down Cleary's edge who had been hip dropped by Haas. Otherwise he's a brilliant defensive half...

CROSS FORUM NRL Grand Final Discussion

Don't we (Brisbane) have a 120kg behemoth with basically previously unheard of levels of stamina? Penrith don't make mistakes and keep the ball in the opponents half, and have Cleary's kicking game which is up there with the best of all time. Saves a lot juice. They are so far ahead of the rest...

What a machine lol, they'll proably do this again next year despite the losses. It's up to the other sides to improve their systems, because this is lightyears ahead of most.
