What more did you expect from an 18 year old playing his first international game without NRL experience @Wolfie? Who are you comparing him to?
A lot of people are talking up Dearden, who I also like for his age, but I haven't seen him do anything significantly better than Tesi.
You could...
Geez you are a tough marker. The kid just turned 18 and already looked better than any option we have. He has been highly rated in the junior grades and I know for a fact that he is well liked among Broncos players and sounds like he is in the Tonga team as well.
I agree we shouldn't go back to these times but this example is different and not relevant. First, it is legally classed as hate speech. Secondly, it is not in his religion that black people will go to hell so it is not his religious beliefs.
@Foordy If you read what I wrote carefully, you would see that I wasn't arguing that what Folau said was or wasn't hate speech. I was using that as an example to explain to @Bronco4life that we don't have free speech in Australia. Furthermore, the legal definition for 'Hate Speech' in Australia...
I agree with your opinion @Battler and you are right about freedom of political communication but unfortunately, the majority of us aren't afforded this right.
Implying that I do not know the difference between persecution and consequence when your argument is wrong shows your level of intelligence. Australia has no law that upholds free speech, we are subject to a variety of laws restricting free speech, including defamation laws, hate speech laws...
I have never heard of such a strict social media policy and I work in a relatively senior corporate role. Though in this day and age I am not calling you a liar and wouldn't be surprised that this is the case. I definitely don't want to sound American but whatever happened to free speech? I know...
Why is everyone so concerned with what he said, it is only words. Do we live in such a politically correct world that when a person says what he 'belives' that means he shouldn't play NRL. This is how he chooses to live with his faith, yes he shouldn't of put it on social media but since when...
Alex Glenn just put a 'story' up on Instagram of a picture of him, Kodi, and Josh Mcquire saying if you had told us a year ago that all three of us would be playing at a different club we would have laughed. Looks like he is off to the Titans.
Fucking Ricky has moved Milf to the bench and I wouldn't be surprised if he does it for the rest of the year, **** he is a child. Why didn't he just release him before June 30 and let him play for us.
Didn't see the game but heard that in the interview at the end, he was asked if there was a chance he would stay at the raiders and he said "never say never"
Can anyone confrim this?
Re: Rumour - Daly Cherry-Evans to Brisbane Broncos
One of the reasons he wants to stay at Manly is because he knows that he and Foran have a great combination that will keep them successful for many years. Foran leaves and he has one less reason to stay.
Re: Rumour - Daly Cherry-Evans to Brisbane Broncos
Foran to the dogs could help us get DCE or maybe manly will throw the check book at DCE if Foran leaves
