As you can see here, your honor, my client Jerome Luai is in a crowded space and just had to make his train. There was no space either left or right of him so he had to place his hands on the officer to push him out of the way to celebrate the arrival of his train.

You're not getting bumped into. A serial grub pushes you out of the way with his hands when there's plenty of room to walk around you, not accidentally bumping into you in a crowded space.

But that isn't what happened. Using words like "in their face" is just your attempt to twist what Walsh did. Lets ask BHQ as a whole. Do you believe Walsh screamed "****" in the refs face?

You're wrong here. Luai didn't accidentally push someone. He had intent to push, it just so happened that it was someone he's not allowed to push. If he bumped into the ref accidentally, sure. But that's not what happened. He literally uses his hand to push him out of the way.

Pushing someone out of the way with your hand is not accidental though. Bumping into them might be but there's a literal act of pushing that can not be disputed. Intent to injure might lessen the case, but even so, accidents don't make things perfectly legal. And swearing in public is illegal in...
