Fair call - I remember a little of Kerrod but more of Priddis. I agree Kevvie gave us plenty, but from what I remember personally Locky in 6 is unchallenged.
The weird thing about number one is that I remember Julian O'Neill, and also Khunt, but Locky was the stand out there for mine as well.
Who is the most iconic Broncos player in each jersey number in your eyes?
It might be legend status, or it might be who you remember seeing carve up when you were a kid and it made an impression. Could even be somebody (*cough* Macca *cough*) who owned a jersey for way too long.
Number 6 -...
Been a Bronco fan since I was a kid and some of my earliest memories are of the Renouf runaway try in the GF against St George.
I got given a Storm jersey when they came into the comp in 98 and liked them the first couple of years until I grew out of the jersey - them winning the comp in 99...
I don't see it as rushing Kevs extension - it's until the end of 25 isn't it? So that means his current contract finished at the end of next season. It's not just about the coach, it's about the squad.
If we're trying to sign and re-sign players, they're going to want to know who the coach is...
Great news - stability is key and players like Carrigan, Arthurs, Mariner resigning recently shows the playing group are smelling what Kev is stepping in.
Does this mean that 'will Kev survive?' thread can finally be laid to rest?
I completely agree.
My views on Cobbo have nothing to do with the podcast comments about Kevs coaching. While I think it was stupid, he's a young bloke and young blokes say silly things.
I agree that he presents himself as lazy and willing to coast along. He came back overweight to pre-season...
100%!
I think Billys strength is his effort and composure. We don't need a livewire dummy half when you have a livewire 1 and 6. Defend well, get the ball out to who needs it quickly and pick your times to run. I'm liking some of his dummy half kicks this year so far as well.
I thought Billy was good tonight. Can never fault his effort, but he was composed and solid. And when you have livewire Walsh running around I think it works.
I think Mam has been a bit of worry the last couple of weeks. I love him, but I think he just needs a little more composure and to pick...
Arthurs is a Kiwi.
Barring injury Holmes and Gagai will be the Qld centres.
With Oates injury he'll most likely miss injury so that leaves two wing spots and most likely players I would think would be Xavier Coates and Sideline Selwyn.
The other players to play Origin in the outside backs over...
Can’t be bothered reading every page.
At this stage I think the jury is out for what he’ll be like long term.
He has all the potential in the world to be in the Inglis class, but unfortunately also seems to have the potential to be lazy and end up like a Chris sandow or Dave Taylor - lazy and...
