I use that road a lot too. I set my speed at 105km, 115 in the 110 zone ,leave 20 minutes early and put on 693SEN or ring a mate, don't care if someone's up my bum in the left lane that's their problem. Haven't had a speeding fine in over 25 years. Touch wood 😋

Depends how much of the fine is suspended pending any future trouble. Fine might be 100K with 80k suspended. The civil case however is going to cost him. Insurance may cover it if he wasn't under the influence of any substance.
