MVP race will be interesting if Embiid does not qualify, no longer a one horse race. I feel like Luka has been the 2nd best, but his team is trash, so it'll be between Jokic, SGA and Giannis.
Josh Green is just incredibly inconsistent. He can have a good game and then follow it up with 3 or 4 where he does absolutely nothing. Just checked his score right now, he's again on 0, and its like like 2 minutes into the 4th quarter.
So a couple of days after Embiid scores 70, Luka Doncic scores 73, the equal 4th highest score of all time...and not just that, but I think the most efficient 60+ point game of all time or something like that. Still tried to set up his teammates who were bricking shit left, right and center, so...
That was a great match. I like watching Medvedev, he's a talent. He's like the Russian version of Kyrgios too, enjoying his rivalries with Tsitsipas and Zverev. Speaking of Kyrgios, I hope he comes back strong too. He could really win a Slam at his best with Djokovic nearing retirement.
It's quite possible, though I do think he's gotten better once again over the offseason. His passing has come on leaps and bounds out of the double team and his midrange is just about automatic. Having a better coach is also nice. It'll be interesting to see how they go. They are not beating the...
Jokic deserved it last year but Embiid has been far and away the most valuable player this year. The only thing that can stop him is the number of games played.
I find its fun to watch the BBL game to game, but due to all the Test players and international players being in and out, its hard to really appreciate the comp and the overall winners as a whole.
If the Broncos got rid of Capewell to save money, it probably wouldn't make sense to sign Hosking who'd be on an inflated contracted now. I dunno how much he is getting paid at the Raiders, but I'd imagine its several hundred thousand a year.
I haven't followed Test Cricket properly in ages, reading the posts though its crazy to think that Smith could be declining this early. He's possibly the 2nd best Australian test batsman of all time, you'd think he could remain great until at least 36/37 or so.
I feel like it had to be someone who captains QLD to many victories, and probably has to captain the Broncos to multiple championships too. It might be Reece Walsh if he matures and keeps improving dramatically and he stays at the Broncos for the rest of his career AND the side remains good fo...
That's my issue too, if the Broncos were close to competing but not quite there yet, I'd have been more OK with it. Would have been nice to keep him and go hard after that premiership next year. Broncos should still compete, but gee its going to be tricky to replace the outgoing talent and...
