So I was given the great man's autobiography for father's day and it's an enjoyable enough read - pretty standard fare for these books.
However I was amused by the number of errors in the printing of it. Most of them amount to typos suggesting that they rushed it out and didn't edit it...
What are your thoughts? I know 31 is getting on a bit but he has had 2 or more seasons completely sat on his arse so his body should have a few more miles. I have not seen him play a bad game since he came back and I feel he is the type of unit that the Broncos have been lacking since McGuire...
Can't say I blame him if this is true:

Four rounds in and the team is looking pretty good. Some would argue that we have not really met a top side yet and been tested. I reckon the Titans and Canberra at home are decent tests.
Last season we spent a lot of our time arguing back and forth about Wallace. I think the consensus was...
Those of us who have always been McCullough fans take great delight in viewing this young champion's thirst for responsibility at the Broncos:

Nice photo in this McCullough story too: Corey Parker...
Is anyone else puzzled as to why we let this guy go? I realise at the time he was a rookie but surely someone with a brain and an eye for talent could have guessed a bloke with his sheer size would probably go alright in the NRL. Was his release around the time of signing Clinton?
1. Josh Hoffman – 8/10. Superb year from a rookie in what is becoming the most important position in a rugby league team. Only a few of us called for him to start at fullback before the season began and continued to call for him after Norman had a couple of amazing games at fullback. This kid...
3 - Rohan Ahern - has been in simply astounding form in this form of the competition - closing in on 20 weeks on the sidelines. Has really stood up on behalf of the young brigade to lead the club's internal sitting-on-your-arse comp.
2 - Justin Hodges - People have questioned Hodges form and...
Not really wanting to make waves but this:
is not on imo. The thread was going fine.
Can you let me know when my opinion is done and dusted in other threads too just so I know.
I agree with what Gould (and others) have said about the salary cap. It has done a good job of eveing the comp, but has done nothing to improve it. 100+ players overseas and in other codes, purely because of the way the cap operates. The cap tempts clubs to cheat in order to stand out...
Apologies if this is already being done elsewhere:

It obviously has to be Hunt.

...is apparently not in the spirit of the game. I saw Gould banging on about this on the weekend but amazingly he is not alone in his reactionary bullsh*t. What a complete waste of oxygen...
