The problem is is that he tries to do it every time and the opposition sees this and takes him down. He needs to be more selective when he wants to run it.
Yep. I agree, bud. I thought he did well. So did Dearden.
I swear some fans want him to be the most perfect player straight off the bat and can not see the positives in any game whatsoever.
I think Seibold will stick with him for the first 8 and make a call after that.
I agree with you but ay. His defence is terrible and he just makes a lot of errors.
On a positive note but, we do have a lot of competition for spots so it should keep him and everyone else on their toes.
I feel like there had to be a bit of a fallout with either Smith or Bellamy.
To drop your halfback a few weeks from the finals when you have pretty much won the minor premiership, and the only games you have lost have been I think by either 1 or 2 points doesn’t make sense to me.
I can’t...
Ok. Here I go.
1. We need to have better set plays and our defence needs to improve. We were clunky at times and both our attack and defence looked terrible.
2. He was so frustrating to watch last season. If he is showing up and playing hard, then yes. But I feel some time in qcup might kick...
So stoked they didn’t with a co-captaincy. And Glenn deserves the ‘C next to his name. Seibold made the right call I believe.
I’m curious to see who takes over when/if Glenn come off during the game or if he is injured?
The majority of our leadership group aren’t 80 minute players (Lodge...
I think it would be way too early to bring in Croft. If they go won’t Boyd and Glenn, then once they retire we can bring in one of the younger blokes like Croft, Lodge, Carrigan ect if they’re still leading and performing.
I reckon they will go co-Captains.
I reckon it will be Glenn and Boyd or possibly Glenn and Lodge.
But I hope Boyd has nothing to do with it so he can just concentrate on playing footy.
It was good to see.
Part of me wants the broncos to keep that shit in-house and let our results do the talking rather than broadcasting what we’re doing to prepare for the season.
But it was still good to see the effort the whole team, trainers and everyone else do to prepare for the season.
13 seems a little harsh but who gives a shit. I don’t think Canberra would’ve been rated too high last season either but look how well they went.
We just have to trust the vision Seibold has and see how this season pans out.
Yeah I hope so too because he has been a great clubman. The problem is that he has about 3-4 years left in him I think.
I don’t know if he would want a job at the club after football anyways. From what I’ve saw on an interview with him is that he looks to be pursuing a career in the police...
It’s hard to say weather Turpin will get the nod over Macca for the 9 but I think he will. I reckon Macca will be on the bench with Paix to miss out unless we have an injury to either 9s.
I’m excited to see how we go this season, but still a little reserved because I had such high hopes last...
Yeah I think that would work better for sure. My biggest concern is when he comes on, he just thinks he needs to kill! He comes in late a lot and it cost us penalties and sometimes him on he sideline.
Yep. Spot on. Having a few forwards who just defend well and make decent hit up is important.
TPJ in my opinion needs to work on his aggression as he comes in late wanting to hurt people which is dangerous and careless.
