I haven't been on in a while so apologies if i'm just repeating what others have said.
I think this is a huge signing. I may have let out a fist pump when I heard the news on the radio.
Everyone knows this guy has class, he showed that at the Storm. Mabye the Tigs just weren't the right for...
Perhaps he needs to be given a few games in the starting 13. Being used as an impact sub much like Sammy was in his earlier years isn't really his game imo.
He needs to be in the action from the beginning to outmuscle the opposition and stamp our authority over the game.
I think since he's been given the captaincy, Parkers stepped it up a notch, not that he hadn't stepped it up already. Parkers been close to our most consistent player this season from what i've seen (although that isn't much mind you).
Hodges, I think we'll see if it was a good signing in a few...
If we gain Smith as has been reported recently I truly believe we have the personnel to compete for the premiership from 2015. I have never been this excited about a signing in a very long time.
Griffins on his final legs. If he doesn't do well he's gone no other explanation.
I'd be happy bringing in an experienced coach as assistant someone like Sheens as he now as no other job.
Too many to name.
1. To win a premiership, or at least just a return as one of the powerhouses of the Rugby League.
2. Yow Yeh to make a successful return to 1st grade.
3. Glenn to establish himself as a real powerhouse second rower.
4. Barba as a real star.
5. Gillett to rise even further.
6...
Love the reception! Happy to be back. I've been browsing the forum for a few months and thought I may aswell make a return.
I feel we're in for a wild ride in 2014. Very excited to see Barba in Broncos gear.
Credit where credits due. Hunt has the potential to be one of our greats if he makes the 7 spot his own in 2014.
Does anyone know how Yow Yeh's tracking for a 2014 return?
On a side note, 1st post in a grand total of 4 years. Good to be back:takdir:
F***! Can't come at a worse time, exams starting tomorrow. I dont wanna have this on my mind whilst writing essays.
On a side note, nothing in it. Nothing to be concerned about. It's a contact sport for Gods sake, I mean what else do they expect him to do?
I think he's a good choice as captain. Get's fired up on the pitch which is something we need next year and always lead by example. Bit harsh on Corey but hopefully it lights the fire inside of him and causes him to perform better as a result.
I usually only attend matches once every mabye 2 yrs, I prefer to watch them on my widescreen. But this one has extra special significance. I'll definitely try my best to make it to the game.
I actually can't believe it. I'm just shocked  I'm hoping I wake up and it's all just a really...
Thanks for the update. Gees, am I dissapointed or what? He was my favourite Tigers player back when he wasn't injured. I hope the Tigers continue to support him because he was a massive talent.
Such a shame when injuries force players into retirement.
