The season wasn't without it's blemishes though as Nikorima was moved to the fullback position to lighten his defensive workload which was proving a hassle. The move backfired on the Broncos as they lost more games than they won during that period, but they were able to recover when Nikorima was moved back to his favoured position at five eigth. As recognition for his efforts, Kodi was awarded the U/20s Best Back award at the Brisbane Broncos Annual Awards night. [/QUOTE]
