Should he struggle or be a total failure it would hamper or destroy his development and I think he has a big career in front of him. He is still young and most props don't hit their straps in the top grade until their mid twenties. IMO, we should play him off the bench increasing his game time throughout the season. My prefered option is to keep McGuire and Blair as our starting props, with Glenn or Arrow taking the lock position for at least 2017. That way we can continue the development of TPJ, Ofahengue and Ese'ese without having to rush them. All just my opinion of course [/QUOTE]
