There's basically only a handful of good kickers in the comp at the moment... Cleary, Moses, Reynolds and DCE. Bhunt, Dearden, SJ, Hughes, Hynes, etc. are great creators and playmakers, but I'd say their kicking wouldn't be good enough to compete with the stock kickers from the 90's and 00's... the development of halves just seems to be down and has been down for awhile now.
