I don't think the problem is simply a failure by Croft or Milford to control the play, it's Seibold's systems and structures which prevent it. Whether it is pride or arrogance, tonight certainly showed that his methods are a failure and there are no longer any excuses for it, for keeping a system that repeatedly fails, and, in doing so, entrenches a mindset of failure and "I don't care" in the players.
