I would start trying to shop around a lot of the players in this side ie: Milford, Oates, Offa, Isaako, Lodge and almost pay half of their current contracts just to get them off the books. I am actually a fan of both Lodge and Isaako, but I don't feel like this is the right team or environment for them. It truely is dark times for this club, and there is no light anywhere close.
