Fast forward to 2020 and he changes the captain and makes a few other changes just expecting victories to come. Now after 5 straight losses i get the feeling he's realised this coaching gig isn't as easy as he expected and now he's throwing hand grenades left right and centre (replacing the fullback with 15 mins to go ect) and just hoping one of those hand grenades hits its mark.
