The fact is Boyd Milford and Oates, and to a lesser extent Ofahengaue and TPJ have all gone backwards under Seibold which suggests he's lost the senior group. Unfortunately there is no turning the ship around now, either he or the players have to go. The theory of allowing him time to mould a young group over the course of his tenure is not good enough. The board are probably sitting around now pondering the exit strategy, but a good CEO would not let this go on one week longer and he should not see out the season.
