Message: [QUOTE="talanoa, post: 2754658, member: 8530"] i reckon your on the money. if we take a stab at the next 1-5 years we will most likely hold gillett and then also potentially still have glenn as our back row. we will have su'a working his way into the backrow and dont forget oates' future lies in the backrow as well ( he just needs an injury/surgery free pre season) mcguire can play big minutes and the 13 jumper is what he wants. we can rotate blair, wallace, thaiday, offa, tpj, ese'ese and any other potential young guys or new buys to the club as our front row/middle options. jai is a good kid who works hard, but so does shaun fensom!!! if we really dig deep into who plays 13 for their club these days there is a distinct picture evolving!. broncos -parker, can play big minutes, great off load and footwork at the line. game winner cowboys- taumalolo, minutes are increasing, offloads in traffic and has ridiculous footwok. game winner. titans- paasi (last night) minutes increasing, has a decent offload but his strength lies in his footwork and the abikity to find a hole and get over the line. can turn a game and has done this year. knights - no comment... warriors- Vete in recent times has played 13. big body in the middle with a punishing carry and again really good fotwork with an offload. when he starts and punches hard the warriors fire off the back of him tigers- elijah taylor, its no surprise since he joined this mob they have won more than they lost. he can ball play, find the hole, offloads are real good and has sharp footwork. he has them winning. roosters- taukeiaho/liu. both these guys can mix it up with the notes above. team is going bad but taukeaiho is a game breaker. dragons - de belin is more of a plodder/up an down type middle man. dragon style football of no points or attack. manly - too many injuries to comment but if jake t played there fulltime we can see his footwork, offload etc. sharks - gallen has a bit of everything even though he is a mongrel of a thing. bulldogs - eastwood, he has a horrible body shape but always pops up in the right place and can play with ball in hand or support and he has good footwork. they are prob the bigger names and better 13' getting around.
