Hobart test and best side 1. Khawaja 2. Warner 3. Labuschagne 4. Smith 5. Green 6. Head 7. Carey 8. Richardson/Boland *11* (Starc due a rest) 9. Cummins 10. Lyon 11. Hazlewood I can’t see Harris staying in the side he doesn’t seem to be able to score a 100 and that’s the pre-requisite for me to be a batter in this side unless your providing otherwise Green bowling and arguably Carey keeping but I would give both of them a better shot than Harris. I respect the effort he has put in to turn it around but Australia is his home deck which he can’t score that many runs on (the odd outlier) and I can’t see him scoring runs overseas. I’ve got Green moving up to 5 in an attempt to just spark something in a more comfortable and time friendly position. I know it may be un-realistic to expect soon with the way he is batting but you can just feel he is a 100 away from going beserk as a batter as well as continuing the form with the ball and even I dare say his gully outings. No point dropping him cause he has proven he is too good for shield and is up to scratch but at the same time something needs to change open to a drop to 7 as well. Last point is the bowling conundrum for the last game. You’d have to say Cummins and Gaz are locks, you’d think Hazlewood would be pretty keen for a game by now. Jhye hasn’t been rewarded for his pink ball success yet and its an another D/N test. But at the same time Starc is a great Pink ball bowler and Scott is probably another good game away from demanding selection of Starc is to be rested.
