Western Australian opener Shaun Marsh, son of former Test opener Geoff, has been called up in his place. Also in both squads are big-hitting NSW batsman David Warner, brothers Michael and David Hussey, South Australian paceman Shaun Tait and Bushrangers captain Cameron White.
