Nah, maybe he can be credited for creating a system which plays to their strengths and that in itself is huge but he is not the reason Cronk is such a good player, that dude just has a great talent and work ethic.....anyone remember a few years ago when he took a trip to USA himself to do altitude training in the off-season before the club pre-season training had even begun? Well.....that in itself speaks volumes when a lot of players turn up to pre-season over weight. Theres a reason Slater, Smith and Cronk are all great players into their mid 30's....why they were the 3 best players in a premiership, origin and world cup winning team last year and it is not because of any one coach, it's because they have the work ethic that only the greats of any sport have.
