His biggest area he needs to improve is his kicking game, I think in general(not always) his got the right idea with his kicking placement but it comes back to technique for him, I do feel a bit sorry for him though in this regard, his got a lot of the burden here, McCullough and Barba need to be more involved here and I wish we had a 5/8th who offered a real kicking game(let alone a passing game).
