Build the young core, save money in the cap for their upgrades, work with what you have with minimal investment on recruiting from the outside. The team is playing like shit and that's on Seibold, but the issues raised by Morris are related to the contracts Seibold inherited... you know Bird on a mill, Boyd on $800k, Macca on $400k, Kahu on $400k, Milf on $1m, etc. guys that aren't seen as the future of the club, but can't be moved on because who the **** wants these players at those prices...
