The 2016 Spring Racing Tipping Competition kicks off on the 1st of October with a full book of classic Group races and continues over the 5 weekends, culminating on Super Saturday Derby Day. This is one of the great days in Australian sport so round up your family and friends and get them involved. The competition is administered by The Committee which consists of a panel including Chris Stewart (Stewie), Murray Stewart (Muz), David Gamble (Doctor), Gavin Klein (Max) and Simon Jenkins (Jenkisim). All Committee members have a life long desire to win this comp so they will also be entrants in the competition and eligible for all weekly and final standings prize money. Unfortunately our usual web page has been hacked and will not be used for this competition. The Terms and Conditions normally provided on the web page are included at the end of this email for your information - unfortunately that makes for a long email! [h=1]What's it all about?[/h]The competition is essentially a footy tipping style event (but for horse racing) that focuses on selected Group races conducted over 5 x Saturdays (and 1 x Sunday), commencing [B]1 Oct and concluding on 29 Oct, Derby Day.[/B] This will cover the following meetings: [U]1 October [/U] - Epsom Handicap & [U]October 2 [/U]- Turnbull Stakes [U]8 October[/U] - Caulfield Guineas [U]15 October[/U] - Caulfield Cup Day [U]22 October[/U] - Cox Plate Day [U]29 October[/U] - Derby Day In addition to the selected races, each day will also have 2 x Special Conditions Races (Please refer to Terms & Conditions - we have added a few additional innovations for 2016).
