There was so much hype about the signing, so much talk about how we were going to see 2012 Barba at the Broncos and he would score so many tries and be our best player. However, he didn't deliver. I thought he was good in patches, but he didn't live up to the hype. [B]Try of the Year:[/B] Ben Barba vs Bulldogs Round 22. Easy choice. Broncos didn't die with the ball and they were determined to break the Bulldogs hearts. They threw it around, they took a chance. A good pass from Glenn, a brilliant piece of play by Reed and Barba scoring right in the corner where the away supporter bay is. What was also good? The big **** you by Barba to the Bulldogs supporters. [B]Best Game:[/B] Broncos vs Cowboys Round 2. Looking back, that was the best game for me. The atmosphere, the closeness of the game and the defensive effort from Broncos in the second half to stop a rampant Cowboys outfit from winning the game.
