If Paix was the player the Broncos thought he was, he'd be their Tyran Wishart. The Broncos should not have stood in Sailor's way when he wanted to leave. The decision to give him an opportunity in 2023 was fine, but if he wasn't committed to sticking around and doing the hard stuff then cut him loose and look for a player with those qualities.
